About Spotlight
Spotlight is a platform that showcases in-development games from indie studios across Europe — ready for collaboration, publishing, and investment. It helps connect game developers with publishers and investors to increase visibility and accelerate success.
Spotlight was created as part of the EU project BSG Go!, a three-year initiative focused on empowering young game developers and entrepreneurs through community building and communication skills. The project involves 13 partners from seven countries and is co-financed by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region.
Spotlight is also part of The League, a growing network of European game hubs and clusters. The League promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and hands-on support to amplify regional impact and help early-stage game companies thrive.
Getting Started with Spotlight
Using Spotlight is simple, but there are a few important steps to follow. We’ve designed the process to ensure high quality and trusted collaborations.
1.) Register Your Game Dev Hub
Start by registering your Game Dev Hub here. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email allowing you to log in.
2.) Invite Your Game Studios
After logging in, register your associated Game Studios — the ones you believe are ready to be featured on Spotlight.
3.) Studios Submit Their Games
Each Game Studio can then log in and submit their games. As a Game Dev Hub, you’ll need to review and approve each game before it goes live on the Spotlight page.
4.) Keep Game Info Updated
Both the Game Studio and the Game Dev Hub can edit and update the game information at any time to ensure everything stays accurate and relevant.
