Think Islanders meets Bad North in space.
You play an underpaid middle manager, build tourism bases on asteroids and defend them against space pirates in a humorous universe in XR.
The VR/MR-first game “Asteroid Cruises Inc.” packs the popular genres Base Building and Mini Real-Time Tactics with some Roguelite elements into a new composition, thus providing a unique gaming experience. The separated gameplay phases of relaxed city building and dynamic defense are arranged in an attractive rhythm in a humorous and charming setting.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Studio
The label FIERY THINGS was originally created in 2013 to collect Dr. Daniel Wiedemann’s game projects and internationally acclaimed research on Virtual Reality Game Interfaces and User Experience under one umbrella. In 2022 the FIERY THINGS corporation was officially founded as a full-grown game studio based in Munich, Germany.
We are currently a team of three, including Jonas our very talented programmer and working student, Vincent our 3D generalist with over 5 years of experience in 3D production and Daniel with over 10 years of experience in games creation, who manages, produces and does everything that’s needed to be done.
The Game Hub
We are part of Games Bavaria. They host events, fund events, provide structural assistance for the whole games industry in Bavaria, host an accelerator program (we’re one of the chosen studios), provide funding for conference participation, including booths (Gamescom, Devcom, Polaris, GIC, Reboot Develop etc).
